McGraw-Hill is proud to provide a variety of local and national professional development events, including:

Author Visits
Many of our McGraw-Hill authors are available to make campus visits.  These visits can range from meeting with groups of faculty to doing a lecture for a class.  We will work with you and the author to determine how we can work together to meet your specific needs.

Course-specific In-service Training Sessions
Members of the McGraw-Hill English team are available to run in-service training before or after you adopt our titles.  We will work with you to develop an agenda to meet your program and course objectives.

Technology Training by our eLearning Consultants
McGraw-Hill is proud to provide a team of skilled technology professionals ready to work with you and your colleagues on campus to insure the smooth implementation of our technology products and services.  From mastering text-specific software packages to implementing a Classroom Performance System (CPS), our consultants will meet with you at your campus to help you get the most out of your course tools.

Webinars
When assembling a group in person is not the best option, McGraw-Hill has another solution for you.  We offer a host of training and informational sessions via WebEx.  These sessions are run by various members of the McGraw-Hill team depending on the specific goal of the session.  Using WebEx allows us to connect people from all over the country for focused discussions via phone line and high-speed internet access.

Regional Workshops
McGraw-Hill is pleased to offer a wide array of stimulating and practical regional professional development workshops in specific discipline areas.  Presented on campuses across the country in partnership with universities and colleges, our dynamic team of faculty and professional experts will address issues important to you.  Our Faculty Development Workshops are designed to bring together faculty to network and to share solutions to common challenges.

National Symposia
Our National Symposium Program is centered on discussions with instructors from colleges and universities around the country.  We focus on course challenges, the changing educational environment, and how we can work together to address student and instructor needs.  Symposia are a key aspect of product development.

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding any of our training events, or if you would like to set up a special event at your campus!
